Poret comes - Wong and Filus stay

With the addition of Poret and the contract extensions with Wong and Filus, TTC RhönSprudel Fulda-Maberzell has completed its team for next season:

With the 18-year-old French U-21 national player Thibault Poret, the Bundesliga club can announce the signing of a diamond in the rough. The right-handed player Poret is a proven doubles specialist and won the U21 European doubles championship a week ago. He beat the TTBL duo Kubik/Kulczycki in the final together with his doubles partner Hugo Deschamps.

"With this new addition, our club continues the balanced relationship between experienced and young upcoming players" says President Stefan Frauenholz. "Especially his doubles strength can give us an advantage in the crucial moments" head coach Qing Yu Meng is pleased.

Thibault Poret about his transfer: "I am very happy to come to the best league in Europe. I can't wait to start this adventure with my new club Fulda. Playing against the best players in the world will be very helpful for my career."

The contract with top player Wong Chun Ting was extended. After initial problems, he has already shown his class several times and wants to continue as a top player in the coming season. The contract with Ruwen Filus was also extended. With the 35-year-old best defender in the world, TTC RhönSprudel is already entering its 11th season.

Since Fanbo Meng and his father, head coach Qing Yu Meng, already have contracts for the upcoming season, the team is now complete.
