Dyn shows exclusive insights into implemented projects of the Move Your Sport initiative

·  Five short documentaries at the start of the season show fans of each sport what the focus is on in the national partner leagues

· Seven-figure amount paid out to the leagues in 2024

Dyn Media will continue to expand its Move Your Sport initiative in the coming season. Subscribers have the opportunity to donate ten percent of their monthly subscription amount to one of the five Dyn sports. It is up to each subscriber to decide which one. The money is paid out to the partner leagues, which have pledged to use this amount to promote children's and youth sport. For the year 2024, Dyn will thus pay out a total seven-figure sum to the leagues.

First young talent projects implemented and expanded

The first projects have already been activated, expanded and implemented with the income from the Move Your Sport bonus. The sports have developed individual concepts to use the amounts paid out to them in a targeted manner. The Volleyball Bundesliga, for example, is using the bonus to raise awareness of its own sport and to attract and retain talented players for its clubs. The easyCredit Basketball Bundesliga focuses on the holistic promotion of young talent and aims to ensure more equal opportunities between the clubs.

The DAIKIN Handball Bundesliga uses the bonus to increase the level of competition in the youth sector, while the Hockey Bundesliga invests the bonus in referee training as well as in the implementation of the U18 championships. The German Table Tennis League strengthens the promotion of young talent by establishing professional and sustainable structures in schools.

Christian Seifert, Founder & Partner at Dyn: "We have set out to strengthen our sports in the long term. We are convinced that the positive values of sport can be transported into our society, especially if the younger generations are also involved. That's why I'm all the more pleased that the cooperation with the leagues and clubs in our Move Your Sport initiative is very close and that we have supported the leagues in implementing their great projects."

Trailers and short documentaries provide insights

Fans will be able to see what this looks like in practice in the coming weeks. A trailer is already providing initial insights into the implementation of the Move Your Sport activities. In addition, there will be a documentary on Dyn Sport for each sport before the start of the season, presenting specific measures and protagonists. Dyn will provide information about the exact publications via the social media channels.

Presenter and Move Your Sport ambassador Anett Sattler is involved in the implementation of the projects and accompanies the documentaries: "It's impressive to see how the idea of an initiative has turned into tangible projects within a short space of time. I really enjoy seeing how the leagues and clubs inspire young people with their commitment. I am convinced that this enthusiasm will also be tangible in the Dyn for Fans documentaries."

Strong focus on Move Your Sport again next season

Move Your Sport will continue to be a central pillar at Dyn in the coming season. The commitment in this area will be further expanded and the intensive dialog with leagues and clubs regarding the promotion of young talent will be intensified.

Christian Seifert: "In our exchange with partners, Move Your Sport is a central initiative that we are continuously developing and which is a top priority for us, the leagues and the clubs. The projects implemented so far confirm our approach because they contribute to the growth of the sports and thus contribute to one of Dyn Media's central corporate goals: creating a genuine sports culture with passion."
