Darius Movileanu joins TTF Liebherr Ochsenhausen for the 2026/27 season

TTF Liebherr Ochsenhausen have made their first move in the transfer market ahead of the coming season, announcing Darius Movileanu as their first new signing. The 20-year-old Romanian is set to take the next step in his development in Ochsenhausen.

Movileanu is currently still under contract with the French club Saint-Denis TT93 and is ranked 113th in the world. The left-hander himself is looking forward to the new season with great anticipation: “I want to win matches for Ochsenhausen, gain valuable experience at the highest level and develop both technically and mentally. Furthermore, I want to climb the ITTF world rankings, deliver strong performances internationally and establish myself as a reliable player in the Bundesliga.”

TTF President Kristijan Pejinovic was naturally delighted with the signing: “I am very pleased that Darius has chosen us. He will gradually settle into our team over the coming season and strengthen us as a promising talent. We have been watching him for some time and agreed early on that he fits our philosophy perfectly. I wish him every success for the coming season.”
