Bremen wins in front of home crowd against promoted Mainz
SV Werder Bremen beat 1. FSV Mainz 05 on matchday 6 of the TTBL (German Table Tennis League) and won the match 3:1. The promoted team thus replaces TTC RhönSprudel Fulda-Maberzell at the bottom of the table for the time being.

Only Cristian Pletea had to admit defeat in a clear game against Yuto Muramatsu. In the fourth match, however, the Japanese player lost in a thrilling match 1:3 against Mattias Falck (8:11, 9:11, 11:9, 8:11).
Andrei Putuntica congratulates Werder Bremen: "They made a super match and especially for us very difficult today because Matthias Falck was very good." The Swede Mattias Falck is also satisfied with his own and the team performance: "I am very happy with our performance today. Especially with my own, because I could make two good games."
